WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Our doors will open 60 minutes before the performance begins. Please make sure to have your barcode ready (either in printed form or electronically on your mobile phone) this will help speed things up on entry. All of our performances start at the advertised time. There is no admission once the performance has started and we cannot provide refunds for latecomers.

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets must be purchased online and in advance. There will be no walk-up sales on the day, 1 ticket per car.
IS THERE AN ONSITE BOX OFFICE
Due to current circumstances, we’re unable to provide a box office on-site. All tickets must be purchased in advance and you can view all our available tickets via the location boxes in the listings page.
HOW WILL TICKETING WORK?
Tickets will only be scanned through a closed vehicle window. We accept both printed and electronic tickets with your barcode clearly visible, to ensure your experience is contact free.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY TICKET?
You will need to show your tickets at the entrance to be allowed in. If your ticket has not arrived via email, please contact info@kentdriveincinema.co.uk and one of our team members will get back to you ASAP. Please check your spam folder before getting in touch with us.
WHO NEEDS A TICKET?
Each car will require an entry ticket and anything other than family shows and films the number of passengers per car will also be required. The only exception being children under the age of 24 months.
WHAT IF I FORGOT MY TICKET?
All cars need a ticket to be allowed entry. Please ensure you have access to your tickets on your smartphone before arriving.
I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?
Please email us within 48 hours of the screening to find out what to do. info@kentdriveincinema.co.uk
WHAT VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED?
All vans, trucks, coach’s, minibuses, mopeds and motorbikes will be refused access to the site.
CAN I COME IN A 4x4 OR CONVERTABLE?
SUVs, 4x4’s and Convertibles are permitted. Convertibles are fine to have their roof open if desired. The management reserve the right to place larger vehicles towards the back of the arena to ensure everyone can see the screen. Don’t worry, the view is still great.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING IN MY VEHICLE?
Each ticket admits one vehicle and its passengers. The number of passengers must not exceed 6, in line with the government's current coronavirus guidelines. You must also not exceed the legal number of passengers the vehicle can carry.
IS THERE RESERVED PARKING?
No, all parking is unreserved. You will be marshalled by our traffic management team to your designated bay. Please follow our parking instructions sensibly, each space has been carefully measured.
IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS?
Yes, we will have a number of disabled access spaces available. Please contact info@kentdriveincinema.co.uk to enquire.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
No pets will be permitted to any of our events.
CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK INCLUDING ALCOHOL?
You can bring your own snacks on site but no alcoholic drinks or glass allowed . There will be food and drink available to purchase on site via text message service , you will find the food choices on the menu on the Facebook page We ask that you take all of your litter home with you.
In additional to the on-line ordering system, there will be hot food and drink available provided via roaming staff. It is illegal to buy alcohol for another person who is under 18. Challenge 25 is in place at all times. Acceptable forms of ID are a passport or a photo driving license. So make sure you bring ID, you will be asked each time you buy a drink. We will have a full range of non-alcoholic drinks available for the designated driver and passengers if they should so wish. Please drink responsibly, your safety is our top priority. Should you have an allergy, information will be available when purchasing food and drink. To comply with social distancing, we will not accept cash. Your refreshments will be delivered directly to your car by a member of our staff in a contact-free manner.
CAN I ORDER A DELIVERY SERVICE?
No, you will not be able to order any external deliveries to our premises.
CAN I SMOKE?
You can smoke as it is an open-air space.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SCREENING?
Once you’re parked up, we will provide the FM frequency for you to tune in to and you will have access to the text service menu for food and drink services. We ask that you turn off your lights and engines so all our guests can enjoy their view. Don’t forget to bring a blanket or wrap up extra warm and no umbrellas will be permitted during the performance.
I CAN’T TURN OFF MY LIGHTS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you can't turn off your lights when the car is running, you will be asked to turn off your engine.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH AGE RESTRICTED PERFORMANCES?
Any age restrictions will be flagged if applicable at the point of sale. We will require you to have identification for all guests within reason within your vehicle. Vehicles will be refused entry if any passengers don’t pass the required age restrictions. The only exception will be children under 24 months of age, who will be permitted to all shows.
CAN I/WE SIT OR STAND NEXT TO THE VEHICLE WHILST WATCHING THE PERFORMANCE?
There is a small space available next to your vehicle and weather permitting, you will be allowed to stand or sit outside of your car. You will need to bring your own chairs, or stools and you are not permitted to move outside of your area. The use of umbrellas will not be permitted during any performances.
WHAT IF I NEED ANY KIND OF ASSISTANCE ON SITE?
We have a great team onsite who will be constantly monitoring vehicles, we are here to help, just turn your hazard lights on or give us a wave, please don’t use your horn.
WHAT IF I NEED TO LEAVE PART WAY THROUGH A PERFORMANCE?
In the interest of keeping everyone safe and ensuring their experience is not compromised, vehicles will not be permitted to move until the performance is over. In the event of an emergency, please alert one of our team members who will safely assist you to a taxi service, you will be asked to return at a later date to retrieve your vehicle.
HOW FAR WILL I BE AWAY FROM THE SCREEN?
We have carefully designed our spaces and provide a large outdoor LED screen meaning you should always have a great view.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
We are prepped for most weather, including rain, so we’ll still go ahead in wet weather so long as there’s no risk to the audience or performance. In the unlikely event that it isn't possible to go ahead or complete a significant part of a performance, your tickets can be exchanged for another date. If his is not possible, we would offer either full or partial refunds in the case of an incomplete performance. The granting of refunds would be at the discretion of Kent Drive In Cinema where it is impractical to offer a suitable alternative date. In the event that we do have to cancel a performance, Your ticket supplier will contact customers directly via email, we will also announce it immediately on our social media platforms as well as on our site when possible.
HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO HEAR THE SCREENING/ PERFORMANCE?
Our audio relay system uses an FM frequency, so you can hear everything through your car radio! The frequency will be supplied when you arrive on site.
MY CAR RADIO DOESN’T WORK?
If your car radio does not work, you can bring your own portable radio and tune into the designated station.
WILL THERE BE ANYONE TO ASSIST IF I HAVE ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES?
Our team onsite will be constantly monitoring vehicles, just turn your hazard lights on or give us a wave, please don’t use your horn.
CAN I RUN MY VEHICLE'S HEATING/ AIR-CON?
We would prefer you to switch off your engine once you’re parked up and only turn it on if absolutely necessary for the battery. We recommend that you wrap up warm or even bring your own blankets on colder nights.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY CAR BATTERY GOES FLAT?
In the event that your battery goes flat, please just wait until the other vehicles have left the premises. Our staff will then be able to assist you We will have battery packs to get you going.
WILL I BE ABLE TO USE THE TOILET?
Whilst we do provide toilets to ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible, we do recommend using toilet facilities at home. Toilets will be operated within current social distancing guidelines and we encourage you to wear a face mask. Toilets will be regularly cleaned to reduce risk of covid spread. All performances are deliberately kept short to minimize the use of toilets, so please go before you set off!
I HAVE A TICKET FOR ANOTHER SCREENING/ PERFORMANCE LATER THAT DAY?
At the end of each screening or performance we require all vehicles to leave the venue.
ARE THERE MEDICS ONSITE?
Absolutely, there are fully trained and equipped medical staff onsite at all times. If you require assistance, please just let a member of our team know.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE PERFORMANCE/SCREENING?
You will be marshalled by our traffic management team to the exit. Our top priority is to ensure that everyone leaves safely and without delay, so please be patient and mindful of other vehicles.
HOW CAN I ACCESS YOUR SCHEDULE FOR FUTURE PERFORMANCES?
Have a look at all of our listings via the location boxes What’s On page. We will be releasing tickets for new performances regularly.
WHAT SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES DO I NEED TO FOLLOW?

CONCERNS ABOUT COVID-19 AND SOCIAL DISTANCING?
Please be assured that every member of our team on site receives thorough safety training and full PPE. Each site operates a very detailed Covid-19 management plan in line with Government guidelines. We operate on a contactless system for entry and whilst purchasing food and drink. Social distancing rules are strictly followed on site at all times.
